What Is the Capacity of Our Brain?

I'd also like to adress the question itself that is "do we only use 10% of our brain capacity" I think the answer depends very much upon what is meant by "capacity" So far the discussion has interpreted this as 10% of the neurons that is a physical capacity. And I think that is somewhat doubtful. Why not instead discuss the number of dendrites? Or the length of them? The brain is not just a question about the number of neurons. Personally I've always interpreted the question as "10% of our mental capacity". Now that makes the 10% somewhat speculative (without any scale to measure those 10% on) so I imagine it's just some random number to give the idea that our potential capacity is much larger than our actual capacity. One possible interpretation of the question could be: With better education people could have much better memory, do math much better, draw much better and speak more foreign languages and so on.
